### Deterministic Routing over Probabilistic Generation
At the heart of OMNICORE is the Master Orchestration layer. This layer uses deterministic, rules-based logic to evaluate incoming requests and route them to appropriate Specialist Intelligence Domains. This ensures that security policies and access controls are never bypassed by 'hallucination'.
### Bounded Domains
Intelligence is compartmentalised. A legal compliance module cannot inadvertently access or synthesize data from a classified engineering module. This strict isolation prevents lateral data movement and cross-contamination.
